Patients with Insurance
Our office policy is to have you pay your
estimated out-of-pocket expense plus any remaining deductible you may have.
We will file your insurance claim for you and will notify you if any additional
amount is owed after your insurance pays or we will send a refund if applicable.
Self-Pay Accounts (No Insurance Coverage)
We ask for payment in full at the time of service. Prior to your appointment, an estimate of anticipated cost will be prepared for
you. Should you have financial questions, please contact
our office prior to your appointment.

Through their easy on line process, you can apply for Care Credit yourself or, if you would like, we would be more than happy to apply for you.
